Accountant
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements in compliance with UAE accounting standards and IFRS.
Manage VAT, Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax filings with accurate documentation.
Perform reconciliations (bank, accounts payable/receivable) and support external audits.
Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist management with data-driven insights.
Ensure compliance with AML & CFT reporting regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
2–4 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in accounting, tax, and company formation services.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, free zone authorities, and corporate partners.
Conduct market research and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
Represent the firm in networking events, seminars, and corporate meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
2–3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in financial or consulting services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of UAE business setup regulations and free zone/company formation procedures.
Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions and ledgers.
Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking.
Reconcile bank statements and support the accounting team in audits and tax filings.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
1–3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within an accounting firm.
Proficiency in accounting tools like QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Xero.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
